VVS, my comment was a general observation of what normally happens. You whistle blow, the individual/outlet is harassed, they talk and things are then 'home-how' normalized and you are left egg-faced.



Hapo umenipata. Technically speaking the Muhindi transaction was not irregular because i paid to his phone number otherwise i would have mulikad him ile mbaya.

I encourage you to whistleblow whenever you see something fishy whether or not government takes action. Remember your safety starts with you. Lets all be snitches. Snitch on your neighbors, workmates, friends etc....snitch on that workmate who has a habit of knicking office toilet paper or coffee...snitch on your weird neighbour. You never know, you might save many lives
