StanChart shuts eight branches as Covid-19 slows business.

The bank has informed its customers that branches on Koinange Street and Harambee Avenue, those at T-Mall, Two Rivers and Ruaraka/Garden City malls, as well as UpperHill, JKIA and Maritime will be shut for three months effective May 1.

It’s 80B not 800B

535B is total loans
15%= 80B

And it’s not a write off it’s a restructuring

Restructuring means that the income will be deferred into a later period, not a loss but the earnings will dip for current year

It's kshs 12,000,000,000.How will that affect dividend payments? at worst dividend will remain the same.
