I challenge you, if you really look down on people who want to work a job they love and contribute to a bigger vision, to imagine how shitty your life would be if everyone else in the world thought like you.

Get employed to begin with. Learn how an organisation is run. Save and start u biz part time. When its on its feet quit.
Shun employment bila savings to invest ati OPM. Those other people want to see your money mgt skills. How do u prove that? Even proof of concept requires money.
Bootstrap u biz until its fully viable to outsiders, then raise funds.

Bottom line, use employment to learn not earn
Do first things first, and second things not at all.

Best advice! Currently doing this. I work at a company that does software for banks and Saccos. I have been doing a lot of learning, saving and on the side I have been working on an accounting software targeting SMES to Rival with SageOne. Launching later this year.So yea, this is very good advice!!!
