Even the previous comment was of the same nature..... Hope he now understands what Hillary meant by "deplorables".

The greatest threat to US is not the immigrants, or the caravans it's the Potus himself and his cult MAGA bombers and terrorists.

That new Brazil president is a nutcase. The blacks in Brazil are finished....

Bolsonaro has offended many in Brazil and beyond with his vitriolic rhetoric.

He once told a lawmaker he opposed that she "wasn't worth raping;" he has said he would rather see his sons die than come out as gay; and he commented after visiting one black community that they "do nothing -- they're so useless I doubt they can procreate."

@hardwood, I need to see your take on the midterm elections. I would hate to see Trump lose the control of the houses.

How big an issue is immigration ? Maybe as an underlying issue. Some white folks will pretend to be liberal but deep down the fear that they are losing their country scares them to death. Austria and Germany elections were heavily influenced by immigration.

I have seen two black candidates for governor. Georgia and Florida. I don't know how many more are in the race but I doubt whether America is ready for them.

PS: Before anyone comes here to preach, just know I care very little for US. Apart from their amazing universities, I find their country pathetic in every other way. But our friend @hardwood has proved himself on matters US.

@Frm2011 interesting that kenyans have been complaining about the influx of the chinese but are happy for the US to open its borders to illegals. Note that kenyans lost the battle against somali immigrants who displaced them from many parts of their city.

Trump is winning big in the midterms. Pictures of those huge caravans headed to the US are enough reason to scare alot of americans to vote republican.

Trump is very right.
I totally agree with him concerning immigration.

America needs immigrants from poor countries. The trumpians dont realize how many jobs are being done by migrants. These are jobs that Americans won't touch.

Total madness!!!! Build that wall.

Migrants traveling to US sue Trump, government; claim violation of constitutional rights

Quote:
Migrants traveling by foot from Honduras to the U.S. to seek asylum filed a class-action lawsuit Thursday against President Trump, the Department of Homeland Security and others, claiming a violation of their due process under the Fifth Amendment.

The Fifth Amendment states that, "no person… shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law."

The lawsuit points to Trump's claim that he will prevent the caravan from entering the U.S. It claims that the president cannot stop asylum-seekers by employing the military -- when they have a fair claim.

Thats not the reality on the ground. American businesses need these under the table workers who don't demand rights. Farmers need them to pick fruits, milk cows and so forth. Even families need them as shamba-boys, odd job men maids or babysitters. Why do you think a civilized country like that has been tolerating people sneaking across the border for decades?

Reality will soon hit middle class Americans when they hire a person to paint their house the person is charging double what they used to get with under-the table workers. Or when they go to McDonalds and have to pay twice what they used to pay for burgers. Ngoja tu.

Immigration in the US is so complicated no one can solve it and anybody who promises a solution is just lying.

Here is just a snippet of the complexity. By law anybody born in the US is automatically a US citizen. A couple treks all the way from El Salvador and enters the US illegally. They get a baby. That baby is a US citizen automatically with all the rights of a citizen. These US citizens can vote and do all that a US citizen can do. I think as at 2018 there are about 250,000 children born every year in the US to Illegal aliens. One of the most cherished American values is family, keeping families together.
