Specific plant and machinery, in this case if we are to use the analogy of a car, then a vital part of the plant would be the whole or part of the engine.

Assets that come with equal debts means little. ARM, KQ, etc all had "assets" and forgot about the "madeni" until the creditors came knocking. I wish it well after the delisting but what is it it couldn't do while listed to make its shareholders wealthy? Greedy when others are fearful. From their latest disclosure, all debt has been restructured. Remember how SBM bank came with moto mingi and even tried to auction EACables over a deni of 200 mili? The wazees pulled a rabbit out of the hat and SBM quietly accepted their terms. Unlike ARM and Nakumatt, TC books are not mired with untidy transactions of insider lending. Remember ARM hid a 13 billion insider loan in their books for years before the truth finally caught up with them. I also wish TC well. I like the wazees who despite being mkono gamu, always give valuable advise if you are lucky to interact with them.
