Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

For those of us who are keen on accumulating Safcom, it is frustrating that it never remains super low for meaningful periods of time. I was only able to get a handful below 21 before it galloped back to 22.55
