I can build you a similar dismantle-able 80 foot storage space for 200k,
complete with doors and concrete floor.

Pole Njung'e...Correction: It's 40 foot long, space equivalent to that of a 40 foot long shipping container.

I know this thread is very dated but I have three questions

a) How much is a 20ft container going for today (Oct 2018)? Who is the typical buyer? Is there a ready market?

b) I have an unused one and want to transport it across Nairobi, which companies would you recommend to do the job affordably?

c) What would be the average price to ship the container across town (within Nai)?

A 20ft shipping container goes for about Ksh 210k depending on the state while the 40ft one 305k.

Transport of containers within Nairobi is about 15-25k depending on the pick-up location and destination.
